We support you in the day-to-day management of the relationship with the Odoo Partner and in monitoring project progress.

- Coordination and facilitation of Steering Committees
Functional Architecture & Blueprint

- Definition of As-Is and To-Be processes
- Fit-gap analysis to prioritize standard Odoo and reduce technical debt
